The lighthouse shines its bright light every evening to show ships the way in the dark night. Until one day, he notices that not everyone is happy with the light he spreads.
"Brilliant," said the darkness. It brightened up completely. "I'm actually much easier to see when the light goes out." Gratefully, the darkness lay down. The lighthouse stayed put, deep in thought.
This story is about courage. It asks you, as a reader, to look in places you actually don't dare to look. It's a story about our "frozen" potential; that which we don't activate because we look away from things that hurt. This is the first in a series of books about the power of feeling. Fully embracing our feeling power is an essential step on the path to a happy life, to fulfilling our potential.
